Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 50 ml cooking cream
  • 1 handful kale
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions
 

  • Lightly beat the eggs, cooking cream, salt and pepper.
  • Oil your pan and cook the omelette on medium heat for 2-3 minutes
  • Add chopped kale and cover for a further minute
  • Enjoy!
