All vegetables (bok choy, naipak and kailan) come with roots and are fresh. The bok choy and naipak are sweet and crunchy. However, the kailan smelled ‘fishy’ even after wash. Luckily, the smell disappeared after cooking. I thought it is perhaps related to the aquaponic technique used. Overall, I am quite hapoy with my purchase.
