Return & Refunds

Subscription Fees

  • Credit card holder’s account is automatically charged on 1st day of every month.
  • Sunway XFarms may terminate the subscription and these terms if it is unable to renew the subscription based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information.
  • Right of access granted under these Terms is effective only upon payment of the subscription fees.

Cancelling Account

  • You can cancel your subscription from your account profile page.
  • The only valid method for canceling your Plan is via the cancellation link provided on your user “dashboard” page, accessible after logging in to the Sunway XFarms Website. Requests to cancel by email or phone are not considered, and do not accomplish, cancellation.
  • Once you cancel your membership subscription, you will not lose access immediately.
  • Your membership will continue through the end of your current charge cycle, i.e. the last day of every month.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable. Sunway XFarms does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscription plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service or upgrade/downgrade refunds. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

Replacements

You may request for replacement for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect order
  • Items damaged during delivery
  • Produce has rotting parts

To request for the replacement, please follow the following steps:

  1. Your email request with photos must be sent to xfarms@sunway.com.my within 24 hours of pickup/delivery. This is to ensure that the photos taken accurately reflect the condition of the produce
  2. Upon verification, we will provide the replacement in the next weekly order.

Shipping & Fulfilment Policies

Normally all deliveries are expected to be complete within 4 working hours but we will try our best to deliver to you as soon as possible. We do not take any responsibility for the delay. 

Cancelling or Modifying an Order

Sunway XFarms strives to meet customer demands for prompt service and delivery. You have up to 24 hours to contact us about modifying or canceling an order. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to cancel or modify an order once it has entered the fulfillment process. We cannot stop delivery once an order has been processed for shipping. 

Order Status/Tracking an Order

A shipped confirmation will be emailed to you. You can check on the status of your order by visiting those courier services’ companies with your tracking number in the system.
