OPEN POSITIONS:

We are looking for a Business Development Intern who will be working on identifying new market and acquiring new F&B sales leads for Sunway XFarms. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from the market (both online and on-the-ground surveys/interview)
  • Assist in the development of business strategies by using data and statistical analysis to identify potential customers
  • Support strategic and daily business which includes expanding the business in current markets as well as developing new markets
  • Responsible for leading growth and developing strategic plan in areas such as business development, sales, partnerships & customer retention
  • Take charge for lead generation and acquisition of F&Bs in Klang Valley
  • Manage relationships with F&Bs by providing professional, excellent customer service with restaurant chefs and management
  • Assist the team in terms of running the day-to-day operations, including reporting, performance tracking etc
  • Stay abreast of new openings, and attend important industry events & network with the F&B industry.
  • Any ad-hoc activities as and when assigned

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Resourceful and strong analytical skills
  • Keen interest in the F&B and/or startup world
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Determined and has a “go-getter” mentality
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Background in CRM, sales and business development would be an added advantage
  • Familiar with food, menu and cooking ingredients would be an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates/Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business, Mass Communications, Economics or similar subjects (not compulsory but passion for sales and business development is what is needed)
  • Possess a car and willing to travel around

Duration: 3-6 months (an opportunity to be converted to full-time based on performance).
